Som Digital Producer kommer du att:
● Leda projekt som rör sig över flera digitala discipliner
● Ha mycket kundkontakt i alla skeden av de projekt du håller i
● Sätta och kommunicera tidsplaner, budget, leverenser, mål och förväntningar till ditt team
● Motivera och stötta projektteamet så att arbete och leveranser sker smidigt
● Se till att alla håller deadlines; du, ditt team och ibland även kunderna
Vi hoppas att du:
● Har några års erfarenhet av att jobba i digitala projekt
● Förstår processerna bakom webbutveckling, digitala strategier och marknadsföring i sociala medier
● Är van vid att hantera tidsplaner, budget, leveranser, utvärdering och uppföljning
● Talar och skriver mycket bra engelska
Du gillar såklart den digitala världen och ser fram emot att jobba med ett internationellt team av kreatörer och producenter. Du är en problemlösare som kan se helheten och detaljerna, även i komplexa projekt.

Digital Producer – More Digital Studios Stockholm
We are looking for a Digital Producer to join More Digital Studios in Stockholm. In this position you will be the central hub of the Digital Team, coordinating schedules, managing budgets, and overall keeping our projects organized. As a Digital Producer you will:
● manage projects across multiple digital disciplines
● manage all project communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of creative, campaign information, and assets for delivery
● communicate timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals and expectations with stakeholders, and various teams across the organization
● ensure the final deliverables are consistent with the brief, timeline, client’s strategy, brand and creative goals, as well as our own quality standards
You love and respect deadlines, and remind the team about them when needed. Sometimes you even have to remind our clients.
We believe that you have:
● a few years of experience working with a broad span of digital productions
● a basic understanding of the processes behind website development, social media management and digital strategy development
● experience building and managing project budgets
● experience managing client relationships while advocating for the internal team
● fluency in English (and if also in Swedish, that’s a plus)
We hope that you are passionate about the smallest details and love solving problems, no matter their complexity. You’re highly collaborative and comfortable working with a broad range of stakeholders.
About the role
This is a full time position starting as soon as possible. You will be based in Stockholm.
