We respect your privacy and your right to stay in control of your personal data. This may not be the most exciting page on our website, but it matters — here we explain what we store, why, and what rights you have.

Why do we store your data?
We use your personal data to:
- match you, as a job or assignment seeker, with the right opportunities (legal basis: your consent when you register)
- stay in touch with you as a candidate, client, reference or partner (legal basis: legitimate interest)
- share job tips, knowledge and trends from our industry (legal basis: your consent)
- deliver and invoice what we have agreed on (legal basis: contract, and for invoicing records the Swedish Bookkeeping Act).
Nothing else. We never sell your data.
What data do we store?
If you subscribe to our newsletter or job tips emails, or download something from our website: your name and email address. The newsletter goes out sporadically, whenever we have something worth reading — you won’t be spammed, and you can unsubscribe directly in any email whenever you like. Our email tool (Mailchimp) also logs your IP address and approximate geographic location, which helps us send the right things to the right people.
If you register as a candidate or subcontractor (for example via our open application): your name, contact details, CV and cover letter, and your preferences regarding jobs and assignments — location, type of employment, type of role. If you run a sole proprietorship we also store your personal identity number, as it’s needed for invoicing. Please don’t include your personal identity number in your CV or cover letter unless it’s necessary.
If you act as a reference for one of our candidates: your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us in your assessment. We use the service Refapp for reference checks, so we can do them in a structured and quality-assured way.
If you contact us by email, phone or social media, we may store your contact details — so we can get back to you, or to deliver and invoice an assignment.
We never collect sensitive personal data such as political opinions, sexual orientation or trade union membership. Please don’t include such information yourself when you register.
Who do we share your data with?
Some of our systems — for example for newsletters, candidate management and reference checks — are run by partners. We have data processing agreements with all of them, which obliges them to handle your data in accordance with the GDPR. We only work with partners who process data within the EU/EEA, or who maintain an equivalent level of protection.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep candidate data for three years. After that we get in touch and ask whether you want to stay in our network — otherwise we delete it. If you want to be removed sooner, just let us know. Some data we are required to keep longer by law, such as invoicing records under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.
Your rights
You always have the right to:
- know what data we hold about you (a so-called register extract — free of charge)
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data deleted, or its use restricted
- object to how we process your data
- receive your data in order to transfer it elsewhere
- withdraw any consent you have given.
Just contact us and we’ll help you. If you want to stop receiving our emails, click ”unsubscribe” in the email — just note that the newsletter and the job tips are separate mailings, so you may need to unsubscribe from both.
