Global Internal Communications Manager at Husqvarna

We are looking for a Global Internal Communications Manager with experience from organisational change projects in large companies and a passion for communication in all its forms.

About the role

As Global Internal Communications Manager you are a key player making sure Husqvarna Division has consistent, trustworthy and effective messages internally in all channels. You will be producing and distributing informative and communicative content as well as being responsible for the daily operations of our intranet. You manage proactive and reactive internal communication activities and will support senior managers and leaders with information and provide communicative guidance in an organisational period of transition and change. Our communication strategy has been defined, and this will allow you to contribute right from the start.

To succeed in this position, you are comfortable in your role and you are quick to see what needs to be done. Writing and producing content, and presenting new ideas comes naturally to you, as well as an understanding that unexpected events can require quick actions.

The Husqvarna office on Regeringsgatan in central Stockholm will be your main workplace and you will be participating in virtual meetings with relevant associates abroad. You will be reporting to the VP of the People & Organisation Husqvarna Division.

As this is a Global role, fluency in both English and Swedish is required.

•  Monitor and publish information regarding quarterly and yearly reports

•  Publish news about upcoming products and our market

•  Support management with content and advice regarding communication

•  Cooperate with internal key stakeholders in Sweden as well as globally

•  Independently manage internal communication according to existing strategies and guidelines

Go ahead and apply if you have:

•  A high command of English and Swedish

•  Experience of internal communication during periods of organisational change within large corporations

•  Relevant education within media, communication and/or information.

•  An interest in helping others communicate better

•  An ability to produce written content with ease

•  A capacity to assess news stories and provide spin

•  An interest in digital communication

•  Knowledge of editing and publishing images online as well as producing video content
